For many queer people in India, the workplace is one where one identity is constantly negotiated. Despite cultural acceptance and landmark legal cases, every day there are new setbacks and challenges, new anxieties regarding rights, representation, and basic autonomy. And yet, with a few bold leadership decisions, there are pathbreaking opportunities to create lasting change and impact. Hospitality with a Heart brings together the personal and professional we hear directly from the LGBTQIA+ community, from neurodivergent individuals, and people with disabilities, all working at The LaLit, and coming together to paint a unique portrait of what it means to be truly inclusive and how that can enhance the entire business. From small towns to big cities across the country, they bring their entire selves, all their experiences to the table.
