It is a workbook that offers a practical guide to self-reflection and personal growth, designed to help you become a better version of yourself and, in turn, enhance your relationships with others.
It has been observed that while most people desire self-improvement, they often don't prioritize introspection examining the tendencies, habits, conduct, and emotions. Yet discussing the idea of regular self-assessment, especially with younger generations, often reveals a surprising level of excitement. People recognize the profound potential in periodically looking inward to refine themselves and achieve a more fulfilling life. The challenge, however, often lies in knowing what to introspect, particularly when life seems to be flowing smoothly. This workbook addresses that very need by providing a structured framework for your self-exploration.
Vinay Singh is a spiritual seeker, a lifelong experimenter, and a keen observer of human behaviour. A collector of real-life stories, he brings together experience, empathy, and insight in equal measure. He served in the Indian Air Force for 23 years, retiring as a Wing Commander, before moving into Strategic IT Consulting, where he led major national projects for the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, the Election Commission of India, the Ministry of Defence, and two of Indian Railways' factories. He also led IT consulting projects for IIM Lucknow, IIFT, and several others. He contributed as a guest faculty at IIM Lucknow for a few years. Having stepped away from professional engagements, he now devotes his time to his spiritual practice and the study of ancient scriptures and various spiritual methods.
