Why do billion-dollar corporate valuations misfire? Why do celebrated valuations hailed as bold, visionary, game-changing collapse like a deck of cards?
This book cuts through the glossy pitch decks, inflated projections, and boardroom bravado to reveal how corporate valuation repeatedly goes wrong sometimes silently, sometimes spectacularly. From the hubris of global acquisitions to the delusion of startup unicorns, it exposes the blind spots, emotional traps, and systemic incentives that push smart people to make catastrophic decisions.
Bold, uncompromising, and meticulously researched, Why Corporate Valuations Misfire? is not just a book about numbers, but a guide for investors, students, entrepreneurs, and anyone trying to understand why the world keeps putting a price on things it doesn t truly understand.
