The 150+ scholarly research papers he authored earned numerous awards and accolades. He was twice decorated by the Institution of Valuers, India in 1993 and 2025 for his outstanding contributions to professional valuation practices.
As a proud father of two well-placed daughters, he continues to share his wealth of knowledge by delivering valuation lectures in both India and the United Kingdom post-retirement. He is also a panel valuer of the State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, LICHFL, and many other financial institutions. In addition, the doyen of valuation is a regular columnist for numerous newspapers.
