Srishti Chaudhary is an Indian novelist known for writing engaging contemporary fiction that blends romance, humor, and social observation. Born and raised in Delhi, she studied English Literature at Lady Shri Ram College for Women and later pursued a Master’s degree in Creative Writing at the University of Edinburgh. She began her writing career at a young age and gained recognition with her debut novel Once Upon a Curfew, a romantic story set during the Emergency period in India. She later wrote Lallan Sweets, a charming novel set in a small North Indian town that explores family, ambition, and love. Apart from novels, she has also written short stories and contributed articles to publications such as BBC Travel and National Geographic. Currently based in Germany, she works as a research scholar studying Indian literature at the University of Tübingen while continuing to write fiction inspired by culture, history, and everyday human experiences
