Steve Brusatte is an American paleontologist, evolutionary biologist, and bestselling science writer widely recognized for his engaging work on dinosaurs and prehistoric life. Born in Illinois in 1984, he developed a passion for fossils and ancient animals from a young age, eventually studying at the University of Chicago before earning his doctorate from Columbia University.
