Small choices can change your world! A brand-new story from the best-selling author of Once and Loyal Creatures, Morris Gleitzman. It took a while for Arkie to get used to city life. Until he discovered Dot, his new best friend and the delicious dumplings from her parents' Chinese take-away. Maybe the city isn't so bad after all ... But when Dot breaks her arm after her bike hits a pothole, Arkie is devastated. Even worse: the adults aren't even trying to fix it! It's always 'too complicated' or 'too expensive'. Typical! So it's up to Arkie, Dot and their handy plasticine to bring the community together and fix their pothole problem. Who cares if the adults think they're being childish?Sometimes, being childish is the only way to get things done!
