Her designs juxtapose traditional motifs with modern sentiments, ranging from curse words to cheeky sayings, and from memes to feminist slogans. Stephanie’s first book, Feminist Cross-Stitch, was published in 2019. Her designs have been featured in Cross-StitcherCraft Business, and Cross-Stitch Crazy magazines, Huffington Post, Good Housekeeping, Bust, and more. She also teaches in-person cross-stitch classes and speaks about craftivism and craft business. Stephanie lives in Chicago.
