About the Author

Uma Shukla is a seventeen-year-old poet and writer from Mumbai. A Kathak dancer for thirteen years, she brings rhythm, silence and movement to her writing. Her interests in philosophy, psychology, mythology and life sciences shape her work. She has already written over five hundred poems and three works of fiction.
