It is time to cut through the noise and discover what truly works for your body and mind.

No Gods, No Gurus is a no-nonsense, dependable guide to a healthier life. Rejecting fleeting wellness fads, miracle cures and celebrity-endorsed diets, Dr Nandita Iyer offers an accessible framework seated in science as well as practical, everyday habits.

For too long, the idea of a healthy lifestyle has been treated as a one-size-fits-all concept. However, what is needed is understanding your body’s unique signals and taking control of your well-being through informed choices.

This is a manual for lasting health, demystifying complex topics like metabolic flexibility, the impact of stress hormones, digital addiction and social jetlag, and the science of sleep. It provides actionable advice on nutrition, fitness and mental agility, helping you build a life of resilience and vitality.

Not a book of rules, but a guide to wisdom, showing you how to make intentional, sustainable choices that truly matter.
