Rick Broadbent writes on a range of sports for The Times. He has worked at the Olympic Games, football and rugby world cups and all golf majors. The only Times journalist to interview the mute wrestler Kendo Nagasaki, he has been nominated as SJA feature writer of the year and has been shortlisted three times for the William Hill book prize.
Alexander Mostov grew up in central Ohio, but has been drawing in Seattle since 2013. With a background in architecture, his illustration style incorporates playful angles, dynamic perspectives, and a focus on how characters interact in a space. Alexander uses a variety of mediums including digital, ink and gouache. Alexander has worked on a number of children's picture books, including Go, Bikes, Go! (Little Bigfoot); D-Day (Quarto); The Secret Life of Spies (Quarto); and The Planets We Explore (Magic Cat Publishing).
