About the Author

Born in Missouri, he was a celebrated poet, essayist and playwright, his revolutionary works reshaped the critical approach to literature by challenging long-held beliefs. His works including, 'The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock’, 'The Waste Land’, 'Four Quartets’, 'Tradition and the Individual Talent’, 'Hamlet and His Problems’, Murder in the Cathedral and The Cocktail Party, among others are seminal and are often found in English literature curriculums all over the world.
