Dr Nupur Pavan Bang is a globally recognised thought leader in family business and finance, with over 25 years of experience in research, teaching, leadership, and advising and coaching. She has worked closely with many family enterprises, helping them address challenges around succession, governance, next-generation mentoring, ownership and family harmony. Drawing on her own family business background, along with data- driven research, she brings a unique blend of empathy and expertise to her work.
Anisha Sircar is a journalist and researcher covering business, technology, culture and policy. Her work spans reporting and long-form research (from writing on AI & technology, digital economies and financial systems to studying supply chains, geopolitics and industrial policy). She is currently a Non-Resident Fellow at the East Asian Institute, National University of Singapore, where she works on research related to China, India and global economic trends.
