Look up at the sky. Do you see the Cloud Maker? He fills the sky with puffy, white clouds. And did you see Lady Star? As soon as night falls, she hangs her stars in the sky. The Sky Painter is up there too! His job is to paint the night sky in the most beautiful deep blues. But sometimes, he feels lonely because he thinks no one can see him in the dark of night. So one day, he comes up with an idea. A very BRIGHT idea.

About the Author: Göktug Canbaba graduated from the department of journalism at Anadolu University in 2006. Göktug writes for various magazines while exploring the world through travel and photography. His writing for children aims to open up young minds to the realms of the imagination.

About the Illustrator: Ceyhun Sen launched his professional career doing character and background designs for various animation projects. Since 2009, he has done illustrations for a wide range of children’s books and magazines that have been published in Turkey and abroad, and he continues to do illustration work in the studio at his home in Istanbul.
