We strive to deliver your books quickly and safely.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days, subject to product availability.
• Metro cities may receive faster delivery (2–4 working days).
• Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

International Shipping

• Orders are delivered within 10–12 working days, subject to availability and customs clearance.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and confirmed via email.

Important Notes

• Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors (courier delays, weather, public holidays).
• We ensure all orders are securely packed to prevent transit damage.

Return Policy (3-Day Window)

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Must include original packaging, MRP tag, and invoice
• The product should not be damaged after delivery

Returns are accepted only if:

• You received a damaged or defective item
• You received a wrong product

We may request images or videos for verification before approving a return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Newspapers & magazines
• Gift cards
• Art & craft items
• Any item marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will receive an email confirmation
• If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your bank/payment provider

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrectly delivered

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
• Customized/special orders cannot be cancelled

• Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
• These charges vary by country (typically 15–30%)

Product Availability

• All products are subject to availability
• In case of stock unavailability:
  • We will notify you promptly
  • You can choose:
    • A replacement product
    • OR a full refund

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns above ₹300
• Midland cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
