DR DIWAKAR GOEL BOOKS

Prof. (Dr.) Dewakar Goel is Science & Law Graduate with Masters in Business Administration, having specialized in Labour Laws from Indian Law Institute, he did his Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and also in Training & Development from ISTD.

A Ph.D. in Management under Prof. (Dr.) Sadhan Das Gupta, Calcutta University. He acquired INDIA- ICAO Fellowship in 2010.

He topped for selection in erstwhile International Airports Authority of India, and worked at Bombay, Delhi, Kolkata & Chennai International Airports. He was heading personnel and administration for Airports of six states of India at Southern Region and he also acted as Head of HR Directorate of Air Navigation Services. He rose to the highest level of Executive Director HR Airports Authority of India and was Director, Indian Aviation Academy, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India. Presently, he is associated with Joint Aviation Authorities Training Organisation (JAATO) Amesterdam, Netherlands. He is an Advocate, Member of Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association.

Dr. Goel is Doctoral Research Supervisor Banasthali University and also Advisory Board Member, Banasthali University, NALSAR University of Law, National Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management, Hyderabad, American University of India Kodaikanal and Pondicherry University. He is visiting Faculty of LBS National Academy of Administration, (LBSNAA) Mussoorie, IIM, Raipur, Ranchi and IIT, Kharagpur, Delhi etc. He is Research Examiner & Faculty for Indian Institute of Public Administration, (IIPA), also HR standing committee member of ACI Asia Pacific, Hong Kong.
As Trainer he specialized in instructional techniques from IATA Geneva, Switzerland and qualified as ICAO training Instructor. He was Chairperson and key Note Speaker for Asian Airports Summit 2008 at Singapore and also as moderator for ICAO Global Aviation Training Symposium at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in April, 2017, when he was selected as Team Leader to form the association of 10 countries of Middle-east & Asia Pacific. He is HR Consultant with ICAO, Montreal, Canada and Human Performance Technologist, IATA.

As corporate speaker, he is being invited as keynote speaker at National and International conferences and his articles are published in National and International journals. He has been recognized by eminent personalities with titles such as: Dewakar- ek khusfikr shayar- Kaifi Azmi, Khudadad salahiyat ka shayar Dewakar-Naushad Ali, Dard Ka Saudagar Dewakar- Javed Akhtar, Bashaur zehan ka shayar Dewakar-Nida Fazli, Fikro jazbe ka shayar Dewakar-Sabir Dutt, Khoye huye soye huye lamhon ka shayar Dewakar-Salma Siddiqui, A poet with pure heart-Sunil Gangopadhyay, A Bureaucrat with sensitivity of a Poet & unique attraction-Shabana Azmi.

So far, he has authored 18 books on Management, Law, Poetry & Stories. His works have been translated in Urdu, Bangla, Tamil & Malyalam languages.
