About the Author
Krish ‘Shanks’ Shankar is an experienced HR leader, having worked across five different industries. He started his career in Eicher Tractors, worked for over two decades in Hindustan Unilever, and headed the HR functions in Bharti Airtel and Infosys, with a brief stint in Philips. A graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur, he also did his doctorate in Business Administration from Aston University, UK. He has worked in London and Singapore, in addition to leading HR for global organizations, thus bringing in a broader perspective. He is passionate about reading, learning, mentoring young leaders and exploring new ideas in HR. He also served as the Honorary President of National HRD Network during 2019–21. He brings his wide experience in this book to share insights that would help anyone in business, whether working in HR or any other function, to make a difference by leveraging their people ecosystem.
