Previously a Managing Director at the iconic Silicon Valley design firm IDEO, he has gone beyond the boardroom to study under various Zen masters including living at Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s monastery in Thailand.
Gopi also teaches Search Inside Yourself - the mindfulness-based emotional intelligence program born at Google. Today, he works at the intersection of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and leadership, with a focus on practical, accessible tools for daily life.
As founder of Llama, he helps companies build cultures where wellbeing and high performance go hand in hand.
