Manish Maheshwari is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist.


After earning his MBA from the Wharton School, he began his career at McKinsey & Company before discovering his passion lay in building platforms that could democratize access to information and opportunity. As CEO of Network18 Digital, he learned the power of authentic storytelling in connecting diverse audiences across India. Later, as Country Head for Twitter India, he experienced firsthand the challenges of leading through complexity.


These experiences led him to Harvard Kennedy School as a Mason Fellow, where he stepped back to reflect on the intersection of AI technology and public policy. It was during this period of reflection that the SPARK framework crystallized from years of observing what actually makes leaders effective across different cultures and contexts.
